ＥＣＯＰに体験入社に来ました

Hello. My name is Momoko Kitagawa. For the past two days, I came to ECOP to do an internship program, so that I could have a better idea of what it is like to work in Japan. Reason being, I lived in the states for 14 years and just moved back 5 years ago. This fall, I am planning to start job hunting, and I was afraid of starting work, or even looking for a job before knowing exactly what it is like to have a job here in Japan.

During this internship program, I got to experience many things, from learning how to make a homepage, to actually sitting through a meeting ECOP had with one of the companies they were working with. However, I would have to say that my hardest task was sales phone calls. It was very hard to describe just in words exactly what I was selling, and also very hard because there was nothing with which I could decifer how the customer was reacting. After calling for an hour and a half, I finally got a customer to make an appointment!!

I would like to thank everyone at ECOP for giving me such a great chance to experience many things that I would have never been ale to experience.

おじゃまします。このたび、ECOPに2日間研修に来させていただいた北川桃子です。

私は、14年間のアメリカ生活を経て、5年前に帰国したばかりなのですが、今年大学3年生になり、就職活動が秋から始まるにあたって、もう少し日本の社会について勉強しなければいけないという強い危機感から、こちらの会社にインターンを依頼させていただきました。

松山社長をはじめとして、社員の皆様にとても快く受け入れていただき、感謝しています。

今回の研修では、営業の付き添いからウエブページの作り方など、さまざまなことを体験させていただきました。中でも、一番苦戦したのはテレアポでした。言葉だけでものごとをわかりやすくお伝えする難しさ、またお客様の反応が声でしか判断できない難しさを肌で感じました。一時間半かけてようやく1件アポが取れたときの達成感は一生忘れません。

この研修を通して一番感じたことは、何事も人と人との縁だということです。どんなサービスや商品を売っていても、最終的には売っている人と買っている人の「契約」、「縁」なんだなと感じました。

最後に、自分がいかに美肌対策に失敗したかを痛感しました。

大学の部活の仲間と一緒にいると、そこまで感じていなかったのですが、今年は美黒で頑張ることにします。。。
